Jonathan Ng

Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Jonathan’s passion for real estate started at an early age as a second-generation Licensed Real Estate Broker.

With more than a decade long career in the real estate industry, he brings a unique and well-rounded experience to the table, having represented clients in multiple facets of real estate from first-time home purchases, international to local sales, multi-family investment properties, corporate and commercial investment property acquisitions and asset dispositions, commercial leases, new home project sales, and Mayors Office of Housing BMR program Sales and Rentals. To date, Jonathan has brokered and closed aggregate transactions in excess of $250M+ in property sales, and on track for over 300 successful transactions.

Jonathan's passion to help others and the community transcended from an earlier past career as a Certified Emergency Medical Technician and Ambulance Operations Manager, served in the past as the elected Treasurer of APACC, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving mostly low and moderate-income immigrant families with limited or no English proficiency communities in Visitacion Valley of San Francisco.

Jonathan enjoys working with first time home Buyers and Sellers, as much as his most experienced clientele, and is most appreciated by his clients for his trustworthiness, careful diligence, resourcefulness, multifaceted expertise and experience, and tenacity to achieve his clients' real estate goals and aspirations.
